Default I just need help in general haha

Ok I bought an 01 SS with the cast iron block swap. Forged internals and the only thing I know about the heads and cam is that they were built as a set and the cam is a 117 LSA. My compression is 8.1 to 1 (built for boost). But the exhaust is long tube true dual all the way out with a resonator at the back, it's a t-top car so it's cracking and junk like that. First question is there a certian exhaust setup I need to put all of the subframe connectors on the car and will I lose any power with it

So you are saying that you dont have room for subframe connectors because of the true duals? Are you sure they wont fit?

I'm asking if anyone has both and if they fit before I spend money on a new exhaust that won't fit. The guy I bought the car from lowered the car 2" and the long tubes are broken at the collector. And I figured I'd put either an x pipe or h pipe on to regulate back pressure to gain a little bottom end torque

We're you able to go over the rear axel with it or did you have to go under it? And does it scrape everywhere?

He has it exiting or "dumped" before the rear end, so neither over or under.

You shouldnt have any issues fitting the SFCs on with true duals. A lot of people run true duals and have 0 issues.

I have 1-7/8 Kooks long tube headers, kooks 3 in true duals that exit at the stock location, and umi 3 point subframe connectors. That is on a trans am that was lowered about 2 inches. You dont need to change the exhaust to add the subframe connectors.
