Default l33 rod bolts HELP:)

Can't find the degreeing for the bolts. Hanes manual says 60 or 75 degrees. They dont say which for the l33. They just say 60 for first design and 75 for 2nd design. Called hands they couldn't tell me which was which. Any help would be great.

Default l33 rod bolts HELP:)

Can anyone verify the decreeing of these bolts? Or if the l33 block is considered the 1st or 2nd design?
