Default Numbers question for a new project

So I'm doing some research for my engine project, it's an LS1 and here's what I have in mind:

Lunati 383 stroker
243 ported heads or 241 ported*
Comp XR281HR 228/230 .571/.573 112
Pacesetter LTs with 3" true duals no cats
Lid
I'm planning on keeping the LS6 intake and porting the stock TB
And of course a tune.

*- I originally planned on working the 241 heads but I found a set of bare 243's which I think would be a good investment

What kind of numbers should I expect? It's a street/strip A4 car. I'm thinking of going with B&M stall since I like the price tag, anybody had experience with those? Plus any other suggestions are welcome

What compression are you shooting for ? How much are you buying the 243's for ? I'm no cam expert but I would call some venders and get some other options. That cam is on the small side for a 383ci. Depending on a few things you should have a 450+ hp car when its all said and done. I wouldn't get to cought up in dyno #'s, stalled - auto cars usually don't set any dyno records.

I'd like around 11.5:1 but for that I'd have to mill the heads and use thin gaskets, but more lift would be better yeah, as long as it's got OK driveability on the street. What cams would you suggest? I got a price of $275 for a pair of bare 243s.

Do have the 241's already or are you buying one or the other ?

I would give a few sponsors a call and get their recommendation for a cam ----------->

I would save the money and send your 241's to AI or TEA to be ported/polished, milled, valve job, new springs and seals. I would also get the rotating assembly figured out before you send the heads out so you'll know how much to mill to get the compression your looking for. Look in to a flat top piston with -3cc / -4cc valve reliefs, those small reliefs won't bother compression much and will give you piston to valve clearance for a bigger cam.
