Default In search of a good tuner

Hi all, I recently purchased my 1998 SS SLP Camaro with 88k miles for $5500. Car is really nice aside from some clear coat peel. The car has a fairly aggressive cam but the previous owner didn't find out from owner #1 what the cam was. Car runs well with the only issue being hanging RPMs between shifts or when the clutch is pressed in. RPMs hang for 2-3 seconds before dropping. Car idles around 1000-1100 rpms. Car also has a CEL for an air pump delete. Mods are, unknown cam, Patriot valves and springs, ported and polished 241's, Pace setter long tubes, no cats and SLP loud mouth catback. Looking for help finding a tuner that could correct my issue. Either Dyno tune near eastern panhandle WV or a really good mail order person. Thanks.

Yeah, I'm kinda screwed by not knowing the cam. I really don't want to pull it to find out either. Why wouldn't you ask what cam is in a car your buying? Other people's children, I swear. Lol.
