Exclamation broke my ls1 carb'd 350 conversion

I broke my ls1 and I have a carb'd 350 in my garage I could use but the header situation has come to my attention could anybody tell me how to convert it or if its ever been done?

Why not throw in a junk yard 5.3L or 6.0L ? Everything will swap over from your LS1 to the iron motors and the cost of those motors aren't much... $750-1,200 for a complete engine.

sell or trade the 350 towards a 4.8, 5.3, or 6.0

here you can get a 4.8 or 5.3 for $250-400

don't ruin the car with a carbed 350 if you can help it...

I am with the guys above on staying ls engine but someone needs to ask what broke on your existing engine ? who diagnosed it ?

Also , the blown engine likely has plenty of valuable parts on it you can sell off as well to help fund a proper replacement along with whatever you can get for the traditional SBC. SBC is a great engine ,has been for almost 60 years now but the ls is superior in every way....

what year is the engine in your car ? LS6 intake ? or ls1?
