Default Hesitation at 2k RPM

Hi everyone,

I have a camaro ss 01 completely stock (expect the shifter) with 180k miles.

General:
- changed the TPS
- changed the battery after the car didn't want to start (the old battery doesn't seem to be completely dead though, maybe alt problem?).
- cleaned the MAF
- the T56 transmission is very noisy, no grinds and all the gears work
- Sometimes I struggle inserting the first gear when I stop (maybe clutch problem?)

Situation:
- sitting in traffic or driving slowly <35mph for ~10 minutes

Problems (I don't know if they are correlated between each other):
- when accelerating with ~10% throttle the car hesitate at about 2k RPM
- when idling every ~5min the engine hesitates (it goes to 400RPM and then back to 800RPM)
- the battery voltage drop slightly to ~13.7V instead of the normal ~14.1V

Is the alt dying? Or do you have an idea of what could be the problem?

Thanks

- IAC: the car has the problem also at 2k RPM not only at idle.
- Cats: the car seems to run fine on wot or any other condition.

Sounds like a spark or fueling issue. Plugs/bad fuel/fuel filter. That many miles maybe time for a tune up. Any codes?

Not voting for this cause, but IAC shouldn't be ruled out just because the issue is not always at idle. If the IAC is opening unexpectedly at 2KRPM this would be letting in too much air. Worth cleaning to make sure it can operate properly.

No codes.

I have a bluetooth obd2 read and torque pro. What is the best way to diagnose the problem?

I didn't see the current misfire count goes up while having the hesitation.

Clean maf. How old are the O2 sensors? How old is the fuel filter? Maybe do the seafoam treat ment. Can you scan gauge read O2 readings if so how are they fluctuating fast or slow?

Do you have an aftermarket intake?

No I have the stock LS6.

I run some test yesterday with torque:

Code:

Vehicle Manufacturer: Unknown
Vehicle Calibration ID: Not present

Unit and scaling information are not supplied with the data from the ECU for this type of vehicle. Consulting the manufacturers service book for this information is recommended.

I have already cleaned the maf.
I don't know how old the o2 sensors/fuel filter are. I have just bought the car.

Does that Torque program let you watch o2 voltage? If so check to make sure they are switching rapidly

Yes I have some screenshots:

This is at idle after ~20min

idle ~25min

Idle ~25min

3000 RPM ~25min

weird stuff at idle ~30min (after revving up a bit)
