Default Best approach for heads, cam,& full bolt on 99 ws6 6spd

Whats up LSTech Im new here and have only owned my 99 TA ws6 for about 4 months now, oranges to apples from my 87 iroc. Im already getting into replacing a ton of worn out parts and wanted suggestions for what setups (brand/web sites) would get me a decent amount of power for a reasonable cost. Looking to start with heads cam setup suggestions because thats what i least about. Not looking to do much else with the engine internals other than refresh bearings etc.. Also need to know where i can buy motor mounts & if there are any preferences in brand or material. Any other suggestions for my build would be appreciated.

I don't know what your budget is or experience or what your plans are for the car. I would call one of the sponsors like http://texas-speed.com/ and talk to them about a heads/cam package that will work best for what you want the car to do when done.
They also sell engines and depending on your budget and experience that might be the way to go. As far as parts brands these engines are no different than any other. Most popular manufactures will have everything you need for a standard rebuild.

I like the prothane mounts for poly's they are damn strong. If you go with solids id get the Spohn solid mounts the tubular ones.

best bet is a custom built cam for your build

everyone has their own brands they like for every part ever made...

just go with what has the best reviews and that is also in your budget

theres many supporting mods you should do before or during cam and heads

read the so you wanna be fast that i attached on here
