Default Ls1 ticking noise?

Okay so any help is appreciated. I have a 02 ss camaro with 50k original miles and it sometimes ticks like this. Sounds like lifters but I'm not sure. No it doesn't do it only when cold. I can drive around for hours and hours and not hear a thing but then all of a sudden it will do this noise and lasts usually about 2 minutes max and then goes away.. Sometimes it does it once a day sometimes it does it once a week but it seems more frequent lately. Please help if you have had this happen before

Sounds like rod bearings. Drain your oil and check for gold / copper color
debris .
