Hey everyone been trying to search all the info I can but still have a couple questions. I have a 82 cutlass with a 80mm turbo,2002 5.3 , ls6 cam lifters rockers and springs with 799 heads . I just pick up a 2004 6.0l I was wondering if I could throw the 799 heads and ls6 valve train into the 6l . Or what do you guys suggest

Easily, but the compression ratio might be a tad high.

Seems fine to me for a budget build...You should be good w/ the right tune.

If the it's a LQ4 short block about 10.9...same as a LS2.

If it's a LQ4 short block about 10.5.

Gotta keep the timing fairly conservative. Meth injection and/or E85 would be a good idea too.
