5.3 head gasket questions
 

first off this is a N/A application only, beater drag car set up.


my question is are the fel pro 9292pt head gaskets ok for a basic motor build that will be a pump gas set up, that will NEVER see NOS or turbo.
and is there a reason these head gaskets won't work on a 08 5.3 motor? I know when you look the year up is says 99-01 applications I believe,


other than being a cheap gasket will they work?

They'll work, their just cheap. Get OEM replacements, they're MLS and not laminated junk lol.
