Carbon Fiber Connecting Rods Hello, I'm new here and this is my first posting.
Has anybody ever used carbon fiber rods in their high performance motor?
I'm trying to determine if it's feasible.

Not feasible.
Strength aside, there would be too much stretch/flex to be used in anything where clearances are a factor.
Carbon could be used in the right application, but not carbon fiber.
