I pressure washed my engine bay and now I have really high voltage!! Help!!

I pressure washed my engine bay and now I have really high voltage!! Help!! I'm new to this group as I am with my Camaro as I have only had it for a month or so. So yesterday I finally go to clean my engine bay and when I'm finished and start her up I notice that all of my dash lights are on or flickering and my voltage is at 18!! Any suggestions? Thanks

When I got flooded water under my engine bay this happened to me. Let your car sit, and maybe air dry it for 5-6 hours, and then hopefully you are OK.
Did you cover up the electrical stuff.....?
