So im about to pick the car up tomorrow, 68k miles for 7,500 super clean, my only question is what do I have to look for as far as problems with the car?

That sounds pretty cheap for the mileage.
Other than the obvious general car stuff like leaks and damage, make sure the power windows work (easy ~$50 fix if not), the headlights go up and down (usually an easy and cheap fix anyway) and if you can see if the T-tops leak (this can be an easy fix as well depending on why they actually leak).
Listen for any noises from the rear (the diff is weak and doesn't like a ton of abuse) and if its a manual make sure you can shift at WOT in the high RPMs, if not it may be because of the stock master cylinder.
Daily running light housing are known to crack due to being cheap plastic and having the light overheat, this is a pretty easy and cheap fix however the lights will constantly go out if its not fixed with a new housing that doesn't let water in and ideally LED lights that don't run hot causing the housing to crack in the first place.
Sail panel may have bubbles in it, this a factory defect that basically all 99+ cars have due to adhesive gassing out and coming through the paint.
If rear bumpstops are still original they are probably rotted by now.
Interior door panels might have a vertical crack in them due to dumb design, another easy fix.
Another big thing for performance cars in general is to check for mods and see if you can get a mod list.

Mod list is bone stock, and the car is an auto was a single owner judging from the milage and everything being stock I would assume the car was not beat on just assuming though

Rear tail lights crack and leak water shorting the bulbs out, I finally drilled a small 1/8 hole in the very bottom and had no more issues. Up grade the front rotors they are prone to warping, get drilled and slotted and premium pads and cure it easily
