I, all new to the forum. been searching for weeks. here is my ?
I have a 1999 T/A , the fpr is in the tank . I noticed the old one does not have a vacuum line attached the 90 degree bend is just vertical. It is original I think should there be a line attached or not ,there is no line in the tank or anywhere on the assembly. thanks for ant help.

For those of you with a 98 Trans Am and newer a fuel pressure regulator will be in the tank no but I went ahead and just rebuild it put it back in through it over the weekend everything back to normal once you put the fpr back in it doesn't have a vacuum line to it no codes starts right up runs smooth and great so if you have a hard start on a stone oh to code you might want to just do a pressure check on your fpr and if you find out it's bad just drop the tank and put a new one in system is all good
