At Wot it sounds like my car is letting out a lot of exhaust when my car shifts or its making some kind of noise when it shifts. It kind of sounds like a small backfire. Also my car feels weaker than most ls1 i know of. I was looking around and someone was talking about the cats being messed up could this be the cause?

I have always had a lil backfire here and there. And when i drive others cars im like wow this is faster, then i go to the track and they run 14.1 and i run 13.7 maybe its the driving but obviously im not a good driver either. I think its all a mental issue. Take it to the track and check out your times. Myabe your one of the factory freaks and u dont even know it. But i have always had a lil backfire here and there... no issues for me. Let us know how things go and what the outcome is.

LM's pop a lot, it probaly isnt anything to worry about. just get to the track and stop being so paranoid about your car being weak!

lol, I know i am. It just wont stop raining here. I am beggining to think i live in the amazon. If its not raining thursday we are suppose to be going to the track in memphis.

That's the only problem though, it won't stop freaking raining.

Bought the beltronics fx2 at circuit city today and they said they are still going to the track.

Do you have the fx1 or fx2?
