Default drivability issue due to injectors?

Good afternoon guys, I recently purchased a cam only/93 octane tune T/A, but I noticed its running a little rough with engine vibration, and it doesn't fully open up till about 3500 RPM. Ive replaced the plugs, wires, fuel regulator, fuel filter, and mostly every possible air sensor. I was wondering if the cause could possibly be due to the stock 26lb injectors. The car also runs very rich

cam specs: .558/.578 lift, advertised duration 279/290, 218/230 duration @.050" lift, 112 degrees of lobe separation
