Default Advice on Cam, Intake, Throttle Body, Stall

This is what I want to do. Sorry if this has been posted already, Newbie here.
98 Trans Am LS1 with 4L60E

Ok, this is what I currently have:

FTP 98mm air lid
SLP cold air intake
Ported and polished throttle body
Throttle body bypass
Smooth bellows
Norris Motorsports PCV catch can
TSP 1-7/8" stainless steel long tube headers
TSP 3" stainless dual exhaust
Computer tune - www.tunedbyfrost.com

Rear end suspension upgrades (Founders Performance)
Strut tower brace (Founders Performance)
Koni rear shocks

New Z06 wheels and Bridgestone Potenza tires

Trufiber WS9 Fiberglass Ram-Air Hood

With my current setup, and I still want to be able to drive this on the street, what cam/intake combo/throttle body and stall would you recommend?

Thanks... Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place. Starting with Stall first and foremost. I know the stall depends on the cam you get, so looking for veterans that would know.

How extreme do you want to go ? How often do you drive it ?

My setup in my sig is on the extreme side. I only drive it on nice sunny days on the weekends but it is a blast to drive. I spin it high because I need to with my setup and on stock rod bolts, 7000 rpms, is not the norm.

With my yank PT 4000 I shift at 7000 and the shift extensions only drop to about 6100 rpms.

You need to figure out how extreme or how mild you want to go.

Stall - Yank SS or Circle D 3600-4000 stall
Cam - Cam Motion Titan 4, BTR LS1 Stage 2, TSP Bald Eagle Cam, or something similar to those
Intake - FAST 92mm
Throttle Body - Nick Williams or WARR 92mm

Also, get a 85mm MAF it fits right inside the 98mm lid. Throw the stocker out. Either the GM truck MAF or Z06 is fine. Wherever you get the cam from call and ask what supporting mods they suggest as far as valve springs, push rods, etc.

If you're in Indy(I see the Mike Norris catch can) and you don't plan to do the install yourself let him do it and the tune.

Thanks for all the advice. This car is not a daily driver, just a sunny day, weekend car.

Going with the Fast 92 intake and Nick williams TB. How about duration of cam. I'll probably do the Yank SS 3600 stall. Can you guys recommend duration of cam that would fit that stall. Stock heads on this thing and bottom-end is all stock. Pretty much the entire engine is stock, less the mods I've made already.

Thanks

If you don't plan on changing the 3.23 gear, I'd say something along the lines of a high 220 or low 230 intake duration along with maybe mid to high 230's exhaust duration. Thats just my opinion

I wouldn't even be thinking about a cam until you have the stall in the car, gotten tuned for it, and have grown accustomed to it. How badly do you need to blow the tires off the car? Do you want to drive on drag radials all the time? Do you need to be in the 11's for a sunny weekend cruiser?

Yes, yes, yes. It's fun! If you're not having fun, then what's the point about life.

TSP 228R 600 lift 112 LSA is a great street cam easy to tune and wake the engine up but still has good street manners.

Thats a pretty good size cam for your application, but it would be fine. The bigger the cam the softer it's going to be down low....especially with that 3.23 gear, but that stall is going to help big time
