Default LS1 370 stroker rebuild

Trash has gotten into the motor from the dip stick not properly sealing. Also I had bad wiring to a fuel injector and the #3 cylinder was running cold for a long time. I want to tear it completely down and rebuild this motor back up to its potential. What would be a good strategy and parts list to gather in order to complete a thorough rebuild? Thank you for you time.
