Default LS1 power way down

Did a dyno pull on my LS1 transplant 177RWP! Engine stops pulling about 4K RPM...we have the MAF only a few inches from throttle body, going to move it out, had to take the timing down to 18 degrees to stop the detonation.. Stock engine with roller rockers and headers. Ideas?

starting to look like bent pushrods or valve springs are toast, good power until 4400 RPM, then falls on its face MAF was bad too

My SLP under drive pulley was bad and made my 99 Z see knock about 4200 rpm, took several years and lotsa money to figure this out, went back to stock and it pulled straight to redline with no issues. The Killer was it would throw no codes, Good Luck

A failing fuel pump can cause this. If your AFR's start going lean as the RPM's go up, that's your problem.
