4.8 swap Have a 2010 4.8 from a truck. My question is the fuel rail being stock intake. What line is the supply and what one is the return line or how do you tell them apart. Thanks Nate |
Usually the return is a slightly smaller diameter line. Does your fuel rail have the built in regulator? |
No it does not have a regulator. I purchased the LS kit from speedway with regulator. Was going to tie the return from the intake and the return from the regulator together back to fuel cell. |
If you're going to use the LS style (Corvette) reg -- just tie the supply from the reg into the fuel rail. Block off the manifold return -- the return will be from the REG. |

In the last picture I only see a feed, no return. |
Thanks to the help from members. We figured out there is no return on this motor. The line in question with the green can is a emission line and not connected at all to the fuel rail. I will be plugging it off and using the corvette style regulator running the return on it to my fuel cell and the feed line to the intake. Thanks Again for all the help. It is awesome to have good resources when unsure. |
