Default 5.3 in 1998 camaro Z28 A4 HELP!!!

Hey everyone! I’m brand new to this page and brand new owner of a 1998 camaro z28 and have a few questions for everyone. I wanted to build a drag car out of it. My question is turns out the owner didn’t tell me it was swapped with a 5.3 iron block. I Own a 71 c10 that is pretty sluggish and wanted something quicker to compete with everyone so does anyone know what a 5.3 iron block in a 1998 camaro z28 run on a 1/4 mile I just want a rough idea please! Thanks for the help!

My guess is going to be mid to low 14's on street tires with a decent launch if the 5.3 has stock heads and cam with a LS1 intake. I put a 5.3 into my old '99 SS M6 back in the day when the engines in both of my cars bit the bullet in the same month and I needed one back on the road asap. I picked up a 5.3 from LKQ, swapped over all the accessories, oil pan, and intake. Car ran great even with no PCM changes. After the swap, while driving around town, the 5.3 had a lot of torque, and felt almost normal. However, once you stepped on it you could notice a lack of top end power compared to the LS1.
