Default What is this hose?

I noticed this hose has a big hole in it right where it connects behind the trottle body. What is it? It runs down the pass side of the intake with several clips along the way.

It is a pcv hose and runs to the back of the valve covers. Fix the leak

Simply remove the coupler with the hole in it and pick up some rubber hose to replace it from the parts store. Should be an easy fix. Hopefully your coupler/grommet that holds the PCV valve is still in good condition. Those tend to tear as well.
