Default Injectors not firing. Don’t have 12v

Ok guys new to this page. I have 99 Camaro SS. Having a problem with passenger side injectors. Not getting 12v to them. Drive side works. I tested both. Trying to figure out where the main power wire goes too. Pcm to fuse block n then from fuse block to injectors?? I need to trace that wire.

There are fuses for Bank 1 and Bank 2. This is where each banks gets its 12v power from.
They don't get power from the PCM. The PCM provides the ground.

so Between the injectors n fuse block something is up. I’m only getting 1.52 volts to the pigtails with key on. N checked fuses. They r good. The fuse block is getting 12v. So y would I only get 1.52 to that side n 12v to other ??

Default 12 vss for fuel injectors

Hi Gforce, the fuel injector has a one AMP current requirement. (4 AMP each side)

The injector driver IC has a small voltage leak, thus your read is correct.

The LH/RH feed should come from the same buss, I would jump one side to the other side. (power wire)

WEll if I jump it don’t think one fuse will do for both sides.

Default Ohm's LAW


Hi THE FORCE, I learned about OHM's LAW in the FIFTH GRADE !
THUS if the FUSE is over TEN AMPS, you will have no problems. (15 Amps each side in fuse box)

THE RMS current is LESS THAN that at a 100% duty Cycle !
The engine will Idle "run" at a 10% or less duty cycle OR about a two amp current requirement
You could have a SHORT, then problem found.

Did you inspect the fuse for each bank ?

DUE THE MATH !
