Default Intakes and torque curves question.

Planning my 240sx ls1 swap drag build here very soon just getting all my parts sorted out and figuring out what I need to do. Thanks to guys help on here ive settled on an ls1, 2.5 stage ls6 ported heads with dual springs, a ms3 cam(really thinking about getting a custom grind cam when its time tho), jegs 104mm metal intake with holley 104mm throttle body, 50 lb injectors, and a 150 shot of dry nitrous. `Seems like itll be sitting at like 500whp or hopefully even more.
My main question is intake setup, im going with an aftermarket style intake with long runners, im not a super experienced car guy, this will be my first major build, so I dont know what that longer runner style intake does hp and torque curve wise. I dont know if the aftermarket style intake would like for instance kill low end torque but be really good high end, or vise versa. For my N/A & nitrous setup, that ill be running 1/4 miles not 1/8, would sticking with the stock gm style intakes or will the aftermarket jegs one work better? After all that jegs intake looks a lot better than the stock intake but at the end of the day I want this thing to perform as good as possible.

That jegs intake doesn't have long runners, and it doesn't do a very good job making torque. That intake was in the test posted, there are ~30 companies with their name on it.
Its also a major PITA to work with, tune, etc.
