Default Ws6 Store ASA high lift cam

Hello Ls1 tech, I need some opinions on the Ws6 stores asa high lift cam, I am considering on getting this cam for my 02 z28, I already have most of the components for a cam swap including some untouched 243 heads, I currently have the Tick sns stage 3 cam but I'm thinking it's too big of a cam for the street, the car has long tube headers, slp loudmouth 2, slp lid, 410s, shift kit, and a basic tune from my tuner here in town, I have a PTC 3800 stall converter and trans cooler but not installed yet, I was thinking of getting the Ws6 Store asa cam because it seems to be a great all around street cam, the car is not my daily and might see the track on occasion but not often. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

You are running the Tick sns 3 with the stock converter?

It would drive better than the tick cam but still have some potential surging issues while cruising.id ask ws6 about it in regards to a DD application see what they say. I'd get something a bit different like a 227/232 113+4 or along those lines for great power and driveability.

not all lobes are created equal. Two cams with the same adv duration could be completely different at other points of lift. Best to contact multiple manufacturers and get a general consensus of what you need.

It works with a 2800 stall and 3.73s. My friends wife DDs hers and its a 98 computer.
I think a 3.42 with a little looser or higher stall would work also. like a 3000 or 3200. But it needs a small stall at least.

To answer 98 Cayenne T/A I don't have the cam or stall installed as of yet, I have most of the components for the cam swap just discovered the ws6 store asa cam as I was just looking at other cams, I plan on keeping the 410s and 3800 stall, figured i could use the asa cam instead of the Tick sns stage 3, not to worried about some surge because I barley drive the car as is, it's my little weekend warrior, as I live in the northwest and it's that time of the year for rain so it chills in the garage until some sun comes about, what I'm trying to avoid is flycutting or anything of that sort, I don't mind getting my heads milled just trying to avoid any major modifications for a cam swap.

You wont have any surge either.
