Backfire in the exhaust means fuel is going directly into the manifold. Either you're overfueling or there's no spark, or both. A bad crank or cam sensor would definitely cause a spark problem. Did you replace the sensor with a gm part? Are you sure it's plugged in all the way? Have you looked into the plug to make sure none of the wires have backed out of the connector? Are you positive that there are no breaks in any of the wires? If all of those are good then it's a head scratcher.

Skipping
I replaced the cam sesor from summit which came with the new front cover and I replaced the crank shaft sensor from Auto zone I look at the connector and wires everything looked ok I guess I could ohm the wires out .but I did the delete work about 5 months ago.and the skipping just started about 2 or so weeks ago.i replace plugs and wires and coils when I did the delete and I replaced the plugs again and I ran several fuel treatment thru the fuel system.

It doesn't matter where you bought the sensors. You need to check what brand they are. GM engines can be finicky with sensors and knowing what brand you have may help you rule them out or may bring you back to them being duds.
