LS1 intake vs LS6 intake

LS1 intake vs LS6 intake
I have an LS1 motor, I found that the intake manifold was no good and it was accompanied with the injectors # 12554271. I am being told that these are stock and are 97-98 LS1 injectors and flow 29.6lb an hr.
Since this intake manifold was no good, I Purchased an LS six intake manifold a fixed with injectors # 12555894. This I’m being told are 99-00 LS1 injectors and flow 27.3 lb an hr.
can anyone tell me if I will be running into any issues with a simple swap since the new intake manifold has a lower flow then what came off the motor?

the ecu has the injector tables in it so when you change injectors they usually need to be tuned since yours our close you might be ok but why not just swap injectors to the new intake?

I agree with the above; no reason to downgrade to the '99-'00 injectors if your '98 injectors were still working just fine. You can just swap the intake and reuse the bigger previous injectors.
