So I recently got a 2000 c5 corvette and it grinds every time i put in in reverse only. It does not pop out it stays but wen I let out the clutch it grinds. I tried going from first to reverse and it still grinds. The only way for reverse to work is by letting the clutch out slowly and I hear a grabbing noise then it’s fine to reverse, but i have to rétese it super slow, and even this doesn’t work all the time. What could it be I see people saying the shifter could be misaligned, or the reverse synchro is bad, but then I see some people say there is no reverse synchro.
