How are the o2 sensors looking? any Exhaust leaks? did you use the paper or multi layer steel gaskets? Each car is different I know mine felt sluggish after the LT install but once it was tuned felt great.

You didn't re-install the front O2 sensors? If so, then I'm quite sure this is a big part of your problem.

Yeah, uh... the front O2 sensors are one of the most important sensors your car uses to run. The rear O2's don't matter for the car (just runs a code about your catalytic converter), but the fronts are 100% necessary to go in to closed loop and give correct feedback air/fuel to your PCM.
