Default Sheet Metal Fabricated intake vacuum lines

Swapping an lq4 into a 97 V6 Firebird body. Using an ebay sheetmetal fabricated intake/Holley sniper knock off. I have 4 vac ports. I know one is for the brake booster. I deleted evap. I have stock lq4 valve covers with the pcv on the drivers side and another port on the passengers side. That leaves me 3 open ports on the intake and one on the throttle body. I assume ill be plugging two of the remaining intake vac ports. Do I run a hose from the passenger valve cover port up to the TB and put a breather on the pcv valve? Wouldnt that have to be all tied together tho? I’ve got myself all confused. on this. Any help would be appreciated
