I have a 08 isuzu npr box truck with the ly6, trying to find a new gm drop in which are hard this year to find. Find a new 6.0 lc8 which is a l96 that runs on multi fuels. Will this work or will I have to change out anything?

An L8T will NOT work. The LC8 should work, provided you're using the intake and injectors from the LY6. There's likely not enough difference in cam timing or compression to warrant a different tune.
