You could also deal with suspension, your clutch, your tires, 12 bolt .
My recomendation is do the cam first (You can never have too much power), but if you plan on tuning it, I would wait to finish all of the power adding bolt-ons such as pulley, ported TB, SSRA/FTRA/FRA/SLP CAI, and the LS6 intake manifold before you tune it.

I vote for suspension. My uncle many years ago told me, 'With great power, comes great responsibility.' Later that day he died in my arms. From then on I have sworn to help all those that are in need...ummm, nevermind. In all reality, I totalled my first f-body years ago because I had too much power that I couldn't keep under me properly. Build up the under carriage so you don't make the same mistake as I did. We don't need to lose any more f-bodies to the salvage yard.
