Default They call me lucky...

You guys might be jealous of this....

This October the 23, and 24 I will be traveling to Monterey CA to attend the Skip Barber Driving School. I am being granted this "wish" by an organization called "The Dream Factory" which is based in KC Kansas. This organization grants "wishes" to cancer survivors such as myself who are under the age of 19, which I still am. I only mention this organization because I greatly appreciate their generosity. (If anyone who sees this works for, or is involved with this organization or any other like it, I thank you very much!)

Not only will I learn from the professionals how to drive better (I consider myself a good driver, but there's always room to improve) but I will also get to drive a 2004 Dodge Viper!!!!!

HOLY ****!!!!!!

If any of you have ever attended this school let me know what it was like.

CHEERS for the dream factory!

That's awesome man. What'd your co-worker with that Talon think of that? Have fun, enjoy, and let us know how it was cause I'm wanting to go there or the Bondurant School this summer for some instruction.

i definetly cant wait. Im gonna take video of the experience, and tons of pics! Ill definetly let ya all know how it goes!

I havnt had it hard compared to most, i lost some weight and some hair, and gone thru surgery, but thats about it. Most cancer patients have it far worse than me.

no luck about it, you earned that trip.

i went to marlboro racing school in fontana, (work perp) not nearly as intense as skip barber but it was absolutely a blast, on top of all the drivin i even got me some...

only advice i can give is drink lots of water, pee every chance you can get, and get lots of sleep.

OK, you have to report back and tell all of us how you handled the cork screw!!! I've only seen it on TV, but I'm told that in person it's like a straight drop down, kind of like a roller coaster. HAVE FUN!!!!
