Default Cat-Back Install: Last minute advice?

Ok, I am going to install my Magnaflow Cat-Back on monday, and am wondering if anyone has some last minute advice for a ? For tools, so far I have:

Basic Tools
Rhino Ramps
Jack and Jackstands
Sawz-All
Lots of WD-40 and Liquid Wrench
A couple friends to help

Anything else I am missing (or forgot to list) with tools and stuff?
Do I need to get it welded eventually, or do the clamps do a good job?
Any tips for me before I install would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Mike

I hate when people forget the 1st tool on the list

I had to bust out the drill because the stupid screw connecting the I-pipe to the Y-pipe snapped in 1/2 and got stuck in the whole

Everything else looks good.

Thanks for the replies so far. Yeah, I forgot the most important part of the list! Anybody else have any suggestions?
Oh yeah, should I use like threadlock or something on the bolts so they dont rattle loose, or is that not a problem?

Invest in good "band clamps" from NAPA for example. Torque them down to specs and they'll hold much better than the clamps that came with the system.

The 3" system is tight over the axle on lowered cars, but still an easy install none the less. It's a great system! And luvmeZ28 is right... at least start her up and give it a NASCAR rev or two before putting on the Mag.

Hey everybody, just wanted to say thanks for all the help. I installed it today and everything went off without a hitch. It was pretty easy, just took my time and had alot of help from my friends, and ls1tech of course. And the end result was worth all the effort, it sounds great, plus I have the satisfaction that I got it done myself! Thanks again!
