which mod would be the cheapest. i currently have exhuast, k&n filter lid, and hypertech programmer. i have around $200 to spend on my first mod. i was looking into a electric cutout. how are they? will i see a difference. i might have more money to spend if i sell my hypertech programmer.

Define exhaust. If all you have is a cat-back save money for some headers. Where would you put the cutout to gain something from it?

Edit, just realized, you had hypertech. Sell it for mod money! If you don't already have headers get headers. What trans?

first mod? you said you have some mods.. but anyway a cutout is an option. If I were you, I'd save my money and get headers/y-pipe and then a tune. If you are looking for a decent increase in power, this is a good goal to save up for. But that's just my opinion..

Don't sell your lid, you need it. Your exhaust is fine. Sell your hypertech ONLY if you feel like it......

Soem mod options....
1) Pulley
2) Pacesetter Headers
3) Another $100 and you could get a Ls6 intake
4).....that's the best i can think about right now

MAC mid length headers are only $470.00, if econonmy is what you are looking for.
If I remember correctly,
Before Noyzee got serious with his car, he went mid 12's on
MAC mid length
MAF sensor
Intake lid & K&N filter
cut outs
(17"Wheels) good drag radials
and a good tune
Mac headers are actually pretty good for the price.
But then again Noyzee has no mercy on his car. He will drive the sh#t out of it literally.

Another option is a SLP MAF sensor for $169.00. I gained about 9 rear wheel horses after I changed the OEM sensor that I had which I had removed the screen from for 3 horses.

No matter what you choose, eventually the rest will follow.

Try the free mods: Remove the spare tire/jack, take out the washer fluid bottle and contents,rear seats(if no one uses them) and misc.crap in the car,close to 75lbs right there scoring you almost a 10th.

My macs got me 22rwhp. that was with no tune. no cats, and a cutout.
Big mike went 9.4 with macs!!!!!!!!
200 isnt worth spending. save up and get somthing good. sell the programmer tho. i lost power with mine.

He asked question.......after question........after question........mostly about the same thing. Posted up for people to all come in, had polls...... Just do a search for his user name. He was getting a lot of people upset at him because he just couldn't make the decision he had to go to other people continually.

Now this guy is asking a pretty non descript question, isn't answering questions that are then asked of him to get an answer, posting the same exact question is multiple forums (where they don't belong)...........

I'm still waiting to find out what he means by "exhaust" and why he wants a cutout when he has exhaust.
