replaced the wrong o2 sensorer

replaced the wrong o2 sensorer well i replaced the o2 sensors in the front left and right (because of the car runnin so rich and then it all of the sudden lost a lot of power and i took it to advanced auto parts and they read it with the computer and the codes said catalyst efficiency below threshhold for bank 1 and bank 2 so i figure it meant that the first o2 sensor was bad on both cats but i guess i was wrong so should i try switch the new ones off the front and put them on the rear and put the old ones on the rear from the front. i dont think its the plugs because their pretty new tgk's.need advice. thanks guys.
