I Have camaro 99 Patriot heads 59cc tr224 flow tech LT heders
SLP Air Box stoke piston Can I use nitrose and howe about the Shote can I use 100 hp

lol. I dont know if this is a serious post or not but for a serious answer if you have ported heads and an aftermarket cam i wouldnt spray anything until it was tuned on a dyno or wide band.

i would step up to bigger injectors, obviously tr-6 ngk sparkplugs , and richen your tune up just a tad... 12 to 1 ... other then that, work on your typing... i mean bad spelling is onething.... not making whole sentaces is another... 
100 shot is no problem
there are alot of guys running a 150 shot on stock bottem ends and doing fine...
