Is there a VIN decoder for for TA's?

I found a decoder for Camaro's, but didn't find one for the TA's! Is it basically the same info?

Its available but they don't advertise it,
I got my last one out of a box of Captain Crunch at the market.
It may be in Sugar Smacks this month.
