Need Help - Strange noise coming from C5
I was driving my mothers C5 and noticed a strange noise coming from the car when ever the car went over 2000 RPM. It sounded like a loose wheel and it gets louder the higher RPM it goes. The car drives fine unless it's over 2k RPM. Her dealer must of not thought it was a problem since they test drove the car after the tire change to see if everything was working.
I'm stumped

The noise is coming from somewhere in the engine bay. I think it's the pulley, but I'm no expert. Should I tighten every bolt I could in the engine bay?
The car drives fine at high speeds, I was just doing 100+ mph on a highway.

The belts finally gave, a tow truck picked up her C5 and it is now at her Chevy dealer.
And I ask myself, didnt her dealer check up her car no less than 2 weeks ago for the tire change?
