how's this setup

fast toys cai
wisper lid
paper filter
bellow
stock manifolds/cats
stock y-pipe into duals out the rear
Stock tune

TR cheatr cam

How much rw horsepower?

I want to keep stock tune, so I can return to stock quick and easy and keep decent gas mileage

Please any and all suggestions welcome

I'm looking for the most power with stock manifolds and tune.

thanks

another route I was thinking is:

Mac headers / oryp with duals

LS6 or hot cam cam

witch would make the most power?

I have the wisper lid I dont like it :( B/c the clamps don't want to stay on. I'm selling mine and going with slp lid. But if you want one you can buy mine only like 400 miles on it.

w/a cam either way man your gas milage is going to go down, why dont you get some long tubes, lid, fasttoys ra, ls6 intake (if you dont already have one) and some spray. that will keep ur milage good, and u dont have to tear into the motor to get to the cam, also its alot easier to turn back to stock, w/out a cam.

I think you are confused and need to read the exhaust sticky. You can't run a Y-pipe AND duals, they are two different and mutally exclusive exhausts.

I'm modifying the oryp into duals, cutting the collecter off.

If you go internally its not really going to be "quick and easy to go back to stock. Unless your a great mechanic and know your way around the LS1. If your looking for quick easy power go without loosing mileage NOS would be a good way too go. My buddy is running high 11's on nos with stock heads, cam and tune. He also has Lid Cut-out and DR's

Then why buy a y pipe? if your planning on fabbing an xpipe from that then that is a total waste of money, buy what you want for what your planning, dont waste money on the y if your going for true duals

I guess I'm scared to mess with the computer.

I got the ory-pipe with mac headers, so I'm going to cut out the collector and go dual from there with a h-pipe somewhere.

I was also wondering if I should weld the stock cats into the oryp?
