bolt on idea
Ok guys i have some ideas i want to run by you. First off I am 17, and paying for my mods and gas and insurance. So im looking at the best current route.
1.buy used headers and y and do some cutouts with the stock catback
2.buy a catback, and save for headers later on.
3. buy a ls6 intake and ported TB
or any other ideas. I am sorta leaning towards the headers/cutout/stock catback.
what do you guys think? this is for a 1998 camaro SS m6.
I already ahve Lid/shifter/LCA's/SFC's

You should consider goin ahead and porting your on throttle body....thats a little and wont cost anything but a little time. Then in my opinion i would possibly look at getting somethin to tune with. Like HP Tuners, or somethin as simple as a handheld. Because once you start adding things like exhaust intake and things along those lines the stock tune gets stretched. I noticed a good increase with my Crane, and after i added exhaust and gears i was able to tune the car better.
