Cam & Heads faq?! I would love to know more about cams and heads ( what does the number mean, duration, custom grind and all that) But I cant seem to find an faq or anything. Help, knowledge is power ya know

the apostrophe is for possession: such as "****'s flag"
To make something plural you just add a "s" to the end of it, without the apostrophe.
