What car should be my next project?
I have a 88 Camaro 2.8 that really needs work. It runs good but I need to redo the interor and paint job the body is not rusty at all. I want to put a big block in it.
OR
65 El Camino it has a 355, 4 on the floor runs low 13's but needs ALOT of body work and new interior. Runs and drives and is reliable. $2500
OR
96 Z-28 convertable 6 speed LT1 has blown head gaskets possable warped heads, body and paint is good interor needs little work. $2000

I'd go with the LT1 or a fox body stang. I love pushrod motors, so I give lots of respect to Ford's pushrod 302. I'm debating whether to get a LT1 Formula/Trans Am M6 or a 87-93 GT M5 to compliment my '00 Z28 A4.

Whatcha building it for? Go or show? If the former I'd do the 96 Z28, if the latter, than restore the El Camino.
I wouldn't really spend time on the 3rd gen Camaro personally I just see too many of them on the road already, NOT THAT there's anything wrong with 3rd gen Camaros!!! *zips up flame suit*
