Car Missfiring?

Car Missfiring? Driving down the road and I accerlerate about half throttle and the car hesistates and misfires? It doesnt jump and buck all crazy I can just feel the car stuttering and wanting to go but not. Anyone know what could be causing this? I have a Cutout, Descreened Maf sensor, Gutted cats, lid, TR55s, Bosch Wires. It all started after I gutted the cats and decreened the maf sensor? Any one have any opinions?

Mine has been doing that a little, like it will just barely hesitate under partial throttle, this is after I changed the plugs to TR55's, it might be that.
