Newb Question, whats ORY?
Sorry for the dumb question, but I got no clue what it stands for, but I see alot of people talk about it. It'd be nice if maybe there could be a sticky for me and my fellow newbs that have what ORY and other terms like these stands for.

Here's the sticky for it https://ls1tech.com/forums/generation-iii-external-engine/520845-mod-guide-induction-exhaust-please-read-before-posting.html. It's basically a y-pipe with no cats.

like mentioned above, it's an offroad y pipe.
on this site, we call ORY's y pipes with no cats. this is actually technically incorrect. an ORY is ANY y pipe that relocates catalytic converters in states that do not let you relocate cats for emissions purposes. it's strictly any y pipe that is illegal, or for "offroad use only". for simplicity's sake, if you ever see ORY on this site, we're talking about a y pipe with no catalytic converters. just be warned, if your state does not let you relocate cats during state inspection, a y pipe with catalytic converters on it is an offroad y pipe also, even though you'll likely still pass the sniffer test.
