Any Suggestions On New Ls1 Crate Motor
I have a 98 z28 camaro with a brand new 98 ls1 crate motor with vortech heads and brand new 4l60e transmission I have slp loudmouth catback exhuast pacesetter longtube headers with no cats and an air lid. I also have 18 inch chrome wheels. I have very slow acceleration and only run about a 14.5 at the track. Anyone have any suggestions on what i should do and how much do the big rims slow me down.

Something isnt right, the rims might slow you down about 1/2 a second at most, but the car is still running slow.
Have you run all the basic mantinence stuff? (plugs, wires, air/fuel filters, ect...). Whats your rear end ratio? What tires are you running?
Any other info you can give us will help. (and welcome to the site)

sounds like you need the driver mod. What kind of wheels...they coudl slow you down a bit, some cars are factory freaks..some are dissappointments. Between the crappy 2.73 gear and the heavy taller wheels...that could make you run a lot worse, factor in a NORMAL ls1 will trap anywhere from 103-108 usually..then that start to put things in perspective. Also, you didn't mention if your car was tuned, headers are a double edged sword, some cars need to be tuned with them to run not so rich..others run lean. I'd bring it to a shop for a dyno tune...you car could also be sensing know and be pulling a **** load of timing.
edit: just read that you have heads too...did they lower your compression? Could the cam have been knocked off from the original setting?
