cylinder5 ? which one is the 5th cylinder trying looking it up had no luck!!!!...i open the hood and im looking at the engine which one is it????please respond back!....thanks......new ls1 owner!!

#5 is on the left bank (driver's side) of the motor. It's the 3rd plug back from the front of the car (or the 2nd one forward of the firewall if you like that better 
).

But knowing the firing order isn't going to help him know which cylinder is which.
Like the first post said, #5 is on the driver's side. Third from the front.
