ok.. another noob question.. 3" cutout is here.... where does it go exactly? i've heard a lot about an opening beneath the passenger seat, but where is that relitive to the cat? is it in the I pipe before the cat?

The cats come b4 the Y pipe and the Y goes into I! You'll cut a section out here in the I pipe which runs along your driveshaft to install. Hope this helps.
