Default New car!, no mods

i just traded my 00' T/A (auto) for an 02' stick. i actually haven't picked it up yet, but from what i saw at the dealer it was plain jane, no mods. where's a good place to start? before i just started with the CAI and catback. i'm planning on doing everything from CAI to a supercharger and cam w/ headers.

starting with the basics is the way to go. with m6 you can free up the exhaust and intake then bolt-in a cam and have 400ish at the wheels.
full bolt-ons should be your goal and after that see what you wana do with it.

Lid, exhaust (or cutout, they actually sound kinda good IMO), SSRA/FTRA, Ported TB. Should get you moving alright, then slap some LTs on

Do a round of bolt-ons, exhaust, under drive pulley, air lid. THEN BUILD UP THE DRIVETRAIN TO SUPPORT ANY MORE HORSEPOWER! Once HP levels climb above what bolt-ons offer, the 10 bolt and clutch need to be completely replaced and the tranny should be rebuilt. This is critical unless you want to spend thousands in repairs and downtime in a garage. Trust me I know

Houseylou - you sound just like my friend. He's got a nice 00' TA A4, I bugged him way too much about being an auto as well as most others. I gave him a ride and he's selling his car for a M6 now.
