Question ls6 head swap question

Hi, I am planing to put ls6 heads into my 99 ls1,but I was wondering what type of head gaskets do i need to buy and other parts that goes with this swap. Do i use a ls1 head gasket or ls6? I'm a newbie so please help

The gaskets are the same size for both LS1 and LS6 heads. You can use stock gaskets if you plan on staying NA. Upgrade to a better gasket if you have other plans down the road.

the overall design is better than the LS1 head, but I would go with a ported head over a set of stock LS6 heads.

check with the board sponsers. most of them have pretty good package deals and can make recommendations on combo's that work well together.
