ls6 head swap question Hi, I am planing to put ls6 heads into my 99 ls1,but I was wondering what type of head gaskets do i need to buy and other parts that goes with this swap. Do i use a ls1 head gasket or ls6? I'm a newbie so please help

The gaskets are the same size for both LS1 and LS6 heads. You can use stock gaskets if you plan on staying NA. Upgrade to a better gasket if you have other plans down the road.

check with the board sponsers. most of them have pretty good package deals and can make recommendations on combo's that work well together.
